Starberry delivers globally using trusted carriers, including DHL Express, FedEx, and UPS. All orders are processed within 7 business days. Please note that during promotional periods, shipping may be delayed due to high order volumes. Starberry is not responsible for shipment delays caused by weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control. All shipments include an official invoice that details the declared value of each item in the appropriate currency. Discounts on sale items are clearly reflected. For tax purposes, the value of goods will be included in the package. Once your order is shipped, cancellations and address changes are no longer possible, so please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Upon receiving your order, you have 14 days to initiate a return or exchange. Orders Starberry’s website, whatisstarberry.com, is dedicated to serving individual customers. We ask that resellers refrain from using our site to purchase products for resale. Orders from non-final customers may be declined, and we reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason, including payment authorization issues or stock unavailability. Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. Your order is accepted, and the contract is completed when we notify you that your goods have been dispatched. Please be aware that while we strive for accuracy, errors in product pricing may occur. If we find a pricing error after your order is placed, we will inform you promptly and cancel the order if necessary. If you have already been charged, we will issue a full refund. Available Items Orders containing available items will be processed 7 business days after confirming availability and payment. During seasonal sales, processing delays may occur. Pre-Order Items Pre-orders reserve items that are not yet available but will be soon. These items will ship once they arrive at our warehouse within the timeframe specified on the product page. If a pre-ordered item is delayed, we will notify you and issue a refund if necessary. Payment for pre-orders is taken at the time of order placement. For orders containing both available and pre-order items, shipments will be divided into two phases: Available items will be shipped with standard methods. Pre-order items will ship as soon as they are in stock
If you refuse delivery for any reason, please note that you will be responsible for any return shipping costs and import duties incurred. These amounts will be deducted from your order refund. Starberry offers Delivery Duties Paid (DDP) shipping to select countries, including: European Union Countries: All applicable taxes and customs fees are included. For countries with Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU), any customs fees, taxes, or import duties are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed. Shipment Tracking Once your order is with the courier, you will receive an email with your tracking number (AWB). You can track your shipment by visiting the courier's website and entering your AWB number in the "track your shipment" section.
Delivery Time Starberry processes orders from Monday to Friday. Orders are typically processed within 7 days of placement. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day. We ship globally using reliable carriers. Once shipped, you can expect delivery to all countries within 2-3 weeks after processing. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and are subject to delays caused by holidays, weather conditions, customs inspections, and other factors beyond our control.
If you wish to request a refund for returned items, please note that a credit will be issued after the parcel arrives at our warehouse and passes a quality inspection. This process typically takes up to 10 days from the arrival date. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or credit provider, it may take up to 30 working days for the refunded amount to appear on your statement. Please be aware that fluctuations in currency during the return period will not be compensated.
You may return your order, either in full or partially, within 14 days of receiving your items. All items must be in their original condition, neatly packed, and with the return tag still attached. Return Conditions Items should be returned with all original packaging and materials (e.g., dust bags, covers) included, along with a copy of the invoice. Ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and free from alterations, with all security seals still attached. For shoes, please avoid scratching the soles and be mindful of the shoe box. Underwear and swimwear must be tried on over undergarments with protective adhesive strips intact for hygiene reasons. The original packaging should not be used as the external shipping parcel. Customized items are not eligible for return. Ensure all customization details are correct before placing your order, as no cancellations or changes can be made after submission. For purchases made through authorized resellers, please refer to their return policies, as returns cannot be processed through our online store. Important Note If your return does not meet the above requirements, it will be sent back to you at your expense. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us at support@whatisstarberry.com within 14 days of receipt. Please note that we strive to accurately display the colors of our products, but variations in device displays may occur. Exchanges are not permitted; items can only be returned for a refund as per these conditions.
